Shareholders whose names are mentioned in the license can apply for an Investor or Partner Visa under the company, provided they have the minimum value of the shareholding, as per the requirements of the Ministry of Immigration (MoI).
Normally an Investor Visa is valid for three years, however five and ten year visas are also available, which are subject to approval from the Immigration department.
