If an individual holds a valid residency visa from any company or sponsor (Husband / Father) they can get a work permit from the company they wish to work for, provided the sponsor is giving and NOC confirming the same.
Work permit is the approval from the Ministry of Labour confirming the employment of individual in the company. It is mandatory to obtain a work permit for each individual working in the company and their salary must be transferred through wage protection system laid by the Ministry of Labour.
